The World Bank Group and the Zicklin Center at Wharton are pleased to announce the 2020 Ideas for Action (I4A) competition. The competition engages young people (18-35 years old) to develop innovative solutions in support of the implementation of the SDGs.

Purpose of the 2020 Ideas For Action

The 2020 Ideas For Action provides students and young professionals from around the world a unique opportunity to help shape the international development agenda. Also, it provides an opportunity for young people to take an active role in changing the world.

Ideas For Action is a joint program of the World Bank Group and the Zicklin Center for Business Ethics Research at the Wharton School. It’s a knowledge platform that connects passionate young people who are interested in the future development of our world.

The program is hosted as an annual competition during which youths from around the world design ideas for financing the UN’s  new development agenda. One of the advantages of the competition is, it acts as a catalyst to spark global conversation. Moreover, it encourages youths to contribute their own voice to the development conversations.

The custom of Entrepreneurs.ng is to inform, inspire and educate entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs. Eligibility

This opportunity is for students and young professionals between the ages of 18-35 years from around the world.

The deadline for the competition application is February 29, 2020. Teams must consist of two to six members and may be formed across different schools, institutions, companies, countries, nationalities, etc. It is recommended that all teams register and sign up for updates, so they can receive latest information on the Ideas For Action programs and other events leading to the competition deadline.
